let the age of Marissa be x years and Regan be y years...

so,
x + 10 = y -----(1)

After 10 years

=> 80% of y = x

=> 80y/100 = x

=> 4y = 5x

Using (1) in above equation

=> 4(x + 10) = 5x

=> 4x + 40 = 5x

=> x = 40

thus, y = x+10
y=50

hope it helps u...
have a great day ahead...
