Mark of 12 students in aunit test are given as 4,21,13,17,5,9,10,20,19,12,20,14. Assume a mean and calculate the arithmetic mean of the data . Assume another number as mean and calculate the arthmetic mean again Do you get the same result ? comment. the lesson name is Frequency Distribution Tables and Graphs 8 th maths in give the answer Formula

we know that,
mean = sum of observations÷ number of observations
mean =4+21₊13₊17₊₀₅₊₀₉₊₁₀₊₂₀₊₁₉₊₁₂₊₂₀₊₁₄÷12
mean = 25

HELLO MY DEAR FRIEND
THE GIVEN MEAN IN THE DATA = 4,21,13,17,5,9,10,20,19,12,20,14.
MEAN = THE OF SUM OF OBSERVATION'S / NO OF OBSERVATIONS.
MEAN = 4+21+13+17+5+9+10+20+19+12+20+14 / 12
= 164/12
= 13.6
THE MEAN( AVERAGE) = 13.6
