mark stressed syllables of "Can I see you today?"

If we speak a statement in rough tone then the stressed syllable will be different.
eg. In '
Please bring me a chair', if we shout then we stress on 'bring' but in polite tone it will be 'chair'.

Stressed syllables are pronounced a little louder for a little longer duration at a little higher pitch than unstressed syllables.

Can I see you today? => see / today.
