Mark the statement that is NOT true. Tyrants were power-hungry militants who grabbed absolute control by popular vote. Nobles were lofty, financially well-to-do citizens who carried much power within the community. Solon established a law which prohibited enslaving people in debt.

Explanation:

Of the three statements, the first statement, which says  Tyrants were power-hungry militants who grabbed absolute control by popular vote is not valid. The other statement is true and that the last statement which says that Solon abolished the law which allows slavery, he did not abolish Athenian debaters. He bought back people who were sold outside for debts and thus had put an end to slavery. This also led to the establishment of a balance between aristocrat class and farmers to avoid civil war.
