1. Have you tried checking-in in a hotel? Or eating in a restaurant? What did you experience?

2. What are the problems you have met?

3. What might happen if a guest had reserved a hotel room and then upon his arrival, there is none bellboy to receive the guest, the front office personnel had a very long time to register the guest, and no prepared room waiting for the guest?

I really experienced very well but even dome were not that good.

Main problems were water & bathrooms that were the main problem

I think this will be very disappointing thing as none of the person was their to even the guest, and I would be definitely complaining about it

According to me sometimes they are very rude & don't listen to you carefully that is unprofessional according to me.

I would feel bad but also try to find it's reason as it can be due to some issues but still I would not rate that particular place in 5 stars
