MP = 3500

After adding GST of 12% = 3500 + 420 = 3920

Selling price including GST = 3920

Profit of 10%

(3920-x)/x * 100 = 10
X=3563.63

Cost Price is 3563.63

Answer:after including G.S.T price of an article  = 3920 rs.

cost price= 3449.6 rs.

Step-by-step explanation:

marked price of article = 3500 rs.

after including G.S.T price of an article = 112% of marked price

                                                                       = 3920 rs.

shopkeeper allows 20% discount.

after discount price of article = 80% of price after g.S.t

                                                =3136 rs.

this price includes 10% profit. so discounted price is 110% of cost price.

so cost price of article =  (3136 / 110)*100

                                       =3449.6 rs.
