Explanation:

The velocity will be constant because the graph is showing that velocity is not increasing with time as line is parallel to time axis .

And as mass does not act on kinematics. So mass is just for confusion

and the graph which is described  has acceleration = 0

And if acceleration is zero so object will be at constant velocity or uniform velocity which is given in question = 10m/s
