Answer:

Option (C) 6 is the correct answer

Step by step explanation

Given,

Fraction of novels Marlina has = 4/5

Therefore the number of novels =

 \frac{4}{5} \times 45 = 4 \times 9 = 36

Now, given,

Fraction of novels Daniel has = 2/3

Therefore the number of novels =

 \frac{2}{3} \times 45 = 2 \times 15= 30

Therefore the number of novels Marlina has more than Daniel = 36 - 30 = 6

Hope the answer helps you.
