Time after which they will meet again at starting point should be such that everyone completes some definite runs around track.. i.e. time should be a multiple of all of them and lowest such multiple will be the first time they will meet again.
OR L.C.M. (LOWEST COMMON MULTIPLE) of 6, 30 and 5..
Which is 30mins.
So, they will meet again at starting point after 30min i.e. at 4:30pm.. at then at again at regular intervals of 30min.

.
(Note: Time difference of there runtime isn't usual mainly as to of them completes at 6 & 5 min.. but Fatima takes 30min, 5-6 times more..
So, Check it question once and solve accordingly)
