$Loss \:(l) = T.C.P - selling \:price$

$= Rs\: 60000 - Rs \: 58000$

$=Rs \: 2000$

$Loss \: percentage = \frac{loss}{T.C.P} \times 100$

$= \frac{2000}{60000} \times 100$

$= \frac{ 200000}{60000}$

$= \frac{20}{6}$

$= \frac{10}{3}$

$=3\frac{1}{3}\%$

Therefore.,
