Let her actuall weight be x

x - 6.25x/100 = 45 kg
x - 625x/10000 = 45 kg
x - 25x/400 = 45 kg
x - x / 16 = 45 kg
( 16x - x ) / 16 = 45 kg
15x/16 = 45 kg
x = 45 × 16/15
= 48 kg
