As we move towards the east of the prime meridian ,the local time increases by 4 minutes for every longitude .

The between the longitudes of Greenwich and Mashad

=60°

Difference in local time=60 × 4

=240÷60m

=4 minutes

this implies that the time at Mashad would be 11:06
