Mass of the body = 62. 4 grams

Reading of water level without body = 24.4 ml

Reading of water level with body = 64.4 ml

Volume of body = Reading of water with body - Reading of water without body

Volume of body = 64.4 - 24.4

Volume of body = 40 ml

Now, We will use the density formula to find the density of the body

Density = \frac{Mass}{volume}

Density = \frac{62.4}{40}

Density = 1.56 gram/ml

Hence, the density of the body is 1.56 gram/ml
