MASS IS GIVEN AS 10 kg

therefore...,

weight = 10kg * 9.8m/s^2

= 98kg. m/s^2

answer of the 2nd ques is in the picture ...,

follow me I'll follow u back

give thnx , take thnx

mark me as brainiest I'll give u 10thnx

Answer:

i) Weight of object on earth = 98 N

ii) Weight on surface of moon = 1.67 N

Explanation:

Given,

Mass of an object is 10 Kg. (m)

To find: i) Its weight of Earth? ii) It's weight on surface of moon.

Concept Involved: i) Weight is the product of mass times acceleration due to gravity.

ii) Weight of object on moon  = 1/6* weight of object on earth

Solution:

Here,

Acceleration due to gravity(g) = 9.8 m/s^2

Then, Weight = mass * acceleration due to gravity,

or, W = mg = 10 kg *  9.8 m/s^2 = 98 N

Therefore, Weight of object = 98 N

ii)Weight of object on moon  = 1/6* weight of object on earth

                                               = 10 / 6 N = 1.67 N
