g (acceleration due to gravity) on the moon is 1/6 as that on the earth. Mass remains the same everywhere (does not depends on the gravitational force) but weight changes due to gravity (does depends on the gravitational force).

As we know that:

F= GMm/R^2

F= 6.676×10^-11×6×10^24×12/(6.4×10^6)^2

F= 477.1×10^-13/40.96×10^12

F= 477.1×10^-13×10^-12/40.96

F= 477.1×10^-25/40.96

F= 11.65×10^-25 N
