Mass of an object is 20 kg what is its weight on the earth
I need correct explanation​

We know that the body weight is the product of it's mass and acceleration acting on it..i.e.,

W=ma

where,

  1. W stands for weight,
  2. m stands for mass

and

3.a stands for acceleration..

here, m=20kg

and acceleration (a) would be g =10

(because on earth a body experience acceleration due to gravity) which is given by (g)

So, weight of body on earth:

W=ma

W=20x10

W=200kg
