On earth the value of the force of gravity is roughly 10 Newtons per kg (9.8N/kg). And the equation we’ll use to find the weight of the person (the weight actually being a forced expressed in Newtons and not a mass expressed in kilograms) is a simplified verson of the universal law of gravity:
p=mg
Where p is the weight, m the mass and g the gravitational constant on Earth.
As such we have p=35×10=350N

Mass is constant everywhere but weight/force acting on it changes
Explanation:
If u r asking about weight/force, then
F =MA
here M =35
A =g = 9.8m/s^2
So F = 35 x 9.8
=343 Newton
