1 atom = 3.9854×10⁻²³g
x atoms = 1g

x = 1/(3.9854×10⁻²³)
x = 0.250 × 10²³
x = 2.50 × 10²² atoms

2.50 × 10²² atoms of A is contained in 1g of element of A
