ANSWER
Manganese - It is absorbed in the form of manganous ions from the soil. It plays important role in the splitting of water to liberate oxygen, during photosynthesis.
Molybdenum - Plant absorbed it in the form of molybdate ions from the soil. It is essential for nitrogen-fixation i.e. diazotrophy.
Copper - Plant absorb it from the soil as cupric ions. It is associated with certain enzymes involved in redox reaction for e.g. cytochrome c oxidase.
Zinc - Plant absorb zinc from the soil as zinc ions. It activates enzymes like carboxylase. It is required for the synthesis of auxin i.e. IAA.
