Usha Mehta was one of the person who had set up this radio and its base at Mumbai which worked secretly to encourage Indians to fight in their freedom struggle. It was from here that patriotic songs, information and other communications were made and broadcasted. It  was a radio driven by propaganda and was strategically devised. The radio was based in Germany and the aim and the driving force behind the radio and its working was to encourage Indians to fight for their freedom struggle.

2) Parallel Government- This term signifies organisations or institutions that in their working and characteristics are like a State but are not officially recognized as the same.

Azad Dasta was a group of people which was working for and was a slice of the underground moment of Bhai Kotwal carried out in Karjat.
