To find : f(x)-g(x), f(x)+g(x), f(x)/g(x), f(x)*(x), g(x)/f(x),

Solution:

f(x)=x+2

g(x)=x²−4

f(x).g(x) =( x+2)(x²−4 ) =x³ + 2x²  - 4x - 8

f(x)/g(x) = (x²−4)/(x + 2) = x - 2

g(x)/f(x) = x+2 / (x²−4)  = 1/(x - 2)

f(x)-g(x)  = x + 2 -(x²−4 )  = -x²  + x + 6      

f(x)+g(x) =  x + 2 +(x²−4 )  =  x²  + x - 2
