We know that radiation from the surface is given as E=ϵσAT^4

E ∝ r^2 T^4

E2 /E1 = 1×4000^4/16×20004^ = 256 /256  = 1/1

Hence , the ratio of energy radiated in second by the first sphere to that by the second spheres is 1:1.
