Why there is no value of 0 after decimal, not in the ones when there is 0 direct after the decimal. But in some numbers like like this - 1.20

Now, youll say it 2 not twenty,,
And After decimals its opposite of the thing.

But isnt there any twenty ( after nineteen )what abput that​
