Okay this can be done with the help of Sine rule.
First measure of angle C is 92° (sum of interior angle of triangles)
now sine law says
a / Sin (A) = b / sin (B) = c/ sin(C)
this implies
a = c * SinA/ sinC
a = 61 * 0.95
a= 58
b = c* sinB / sinC
b = 61* 0.2758
b= 16.8
b= 17 approx
perimeter = a+ b + c = 136, option C

by the way, I used calculator to know the sine of angles, we aren't supposed to memories them
