OR is the bisector of the angle POS

OT is the bisector of the angle SOQ

angle POS =x

so,angle SOQ=π-x

as POQ is a straight line

angle POR= angle ROS=x/2

angle SOT= angle TOQ=(π-x)/2

so,angle ROT=angle ROS+ angle SOT

=x/2+(π-x)/2

=x/2+π/2-x/2

=π/2

=90°

so,angle ROT=90°
