3+√7/3-√7 =a+b√7
=(3+√7)²/(3)²-(√7)²
=(3)²+2(3)(√7)+(√7)² / 9-7
=9+6√7 +7 /2
=16 +6√7 /2
=8+6√7
therefore, a=8 ,b=6
