it is really an interesting question , but unfortunately there is no correct answer as adding odd numbers odd times can never give an even number .
but there is a possible way that can be used

(3-1)+(13)+(15) = 30

that adds to 30 but we can never achieve ur if we fill 3 odd numbers in the blanks .
