welcome to the concept of kinematics.

in this problem,

given : u= 0 and v= 30 m/s and t= 30 s

we know that

v = u + at

then,

a = (v - u) \div t

a = (30 - 0) \div 10 = 3ms { }^{ - 2}

now distance travelled in next 10 sec

we know

s = ut + (1 \div 2) \times a t {}^{2}

s = 30 \times 10 + (1 \div 2)  \times 3 \times 100

s = 450m

yr answer is 1) 450m
