x = 47/99

(III) 0.001 = x

1000x = 1.001

subtract,

999x = 1

x = 1/999

x * 1000= 0.001*1000
1000x= 001.001
subtract eq 2 by eq 1
1000x - x = 001.001 - 0.001
999 x = 001
