Look into under root value which is not perfect square but it is multiple of square hence

 \sqrt{16 \times 3}  - 3 \sqrt{36 \times 3}  + 2 \sqrt{9 \times 3}  +  \sqrt{64 \times 3}

16,36,9 and 64 are perfect square of 4,6,3 and 8 hence

4 \sqrt{3}  - 3  \times 6\sqrt{3}  + 2 \times 3 \sqrt{3}  + 8 \sqrt{3}

by addition and subtraction we get

0

hence Answer is 0.
