Let the fixed charge of taxi be Rs x/km and the running charges be Rs y/km.

Then, according to given condition,

x + 10y = 105 ....(1)

x + 15y = 155 ....(2)

Subtracting, we get -5y = -50

y = 10

Putting value of y in (1), we get

x = 105 - 10y  105 - 10(10) = 5

Therefore, fixed change of taxi is Rs 5/km and running charges is Rs 10/km.
