1)

ans) we donate fit in positive integer and loss in negative integer cement company earns a profit on selling one bag of white cement is equal to rupees 8 per bag.

white cement is equal to 3,000 × 8 rupees =24000 . loss on selling one bag of gray cement = 5 per bag .loss on selling 5,000 of gray cement = 5,000 × 5 is equal to 25000 .thus, loss or profit earn by the cement company =profit + loss 2400 + (-25000)=1000 thus a loss of rupees 1000 will be incured by the company.

2)

ans) we donate profit in positive integer and loss in negative integer cement company earns a profit on selling one bag of white cement is equal to 8 rupees per bag let the number of white cement X then cement company earns a profit on selling X bags of white cement = [x] × rupees 8per bag =8 loss on selling one bag of grey cement is equal to rupees 5 per bag loss on selling 6400 bags of grey cement = 6400 × 5

=62000 . company must sell to have neither profit nor loss = profit+ loss= 0 8×1 + (- 3200) =0 by sending 32000 from LHS and RHS it becomes 32000

=x=32000

=x=32000/8

=x=4000

hands the 4,000 bags of white cement have neither profit nor loss.

hope this helps you
