Solution:

$p=3$

$q=-5$

$r=4$

$Then,$

$pq+qr+rp$

$=3×(-5)+(-5)×(4)+4×3$

$=(-15)+(-20)+12$

$=-15-20+12$

$=-35+12$

$=-23$
