 {(4 -  \frac{1}{3x}) }^{3}  =  \frac{ {1728x}^{3} -  {432x}^{2} + 36x - 1  }{ {27x}^{3} }

using identity

(a-b) = a³ - b³ - 3ab(a-b)

 = (4) {}^{3}  - ( \frac{1}{3x} ) {}^{3}  - 3(4)( \frac{1}{3x} )(4 -  \frac{1}{3x} )

 = 64 -  \frac{1}{27x {}^{3} }  -  \frac{4}{3x} (4 -  \frac{1}{3x} )

 = 64 -  \frac{1}{27x {}^{3} }  -  \frac{16}{3x}  -  \frac{4}{9x {}^{2} }
