A wheel makes =200 revolution
In=2 minutes=120 seconds
in 1 second=200/120=5/3 revolution

In 1 revolution it will complete=360°
In 24 second it will complete=5/3×24
=40 revolution
so angle made in 40 revolution=40×360°

Radians made in 40 revolution =40×360×π/180
=80π

Given, Number of revolutions in 2 minutes = 200.

Then, Number of revolutions in 1 minute = 100.

We know that Angle rotated in one rotation = 2π radians.

⇒ Then, angle rotated in 100 revolutions = 100 * 2π radians.

⇒ Angle turned in 1 minute (or) 60 seconds = 100 * 2π

The angle turned in 1 second = (100 * 2π)/60

                                                 = 2π * 1.667.

Then, the measure of the angle in 24 seconds = 24 * 1.667 * 2π

                                                                              = 80π

Therefore, the measure of the angle = 80π.
