= ( 1 + √2 ) / ( 2 + √2 ) × ( 2 – √2 ) / ( 2 – √2 )

= [ ( 1 + √2 ) ( 2 – √2 ) ] / [ ( 2)² – (√2)² ]

= [ ( 2 – √2 ) + √2 ( 2 – √2 ) ] / ( 4 – 2 )

= ( 2 – √2 + 2√2 – 4 ) / 2

= –2 + √2 / 2

= ( √2 –2 ) / 2


Sa34m: √2×√2= 2
