${5}^{2x + 1} \div 25 = 125$

${5}^{2x + 1} \div {5}^{2} = {5}^{3}$

${5}^{2x + 1} = {5}^{2} \times {5}^{3}$

${5}^{2x + 1} = {5}^{5}$

2x + 1 = 5

2x = 4

x = 2
