1x + 2x / 2 = 1x + 1x. { 2 and 2 is cancelled out. }

=>1x + 1x = 2x

basic to solve the problem :-

addition and subtraction in algebric excretion only takes place between
two same variable terms ...

your answer is 2x

1x is nothing but x know
then according to BODMAS

first u have to divide 2x and 2 (u will get x)

and add 1x to it.(nothing but x)

finally u get x+x=2x
