take any number in your mind and take the same number which you have taken to friend
you can take any number

eg.. if your number is 8 then your friends number should also be 8..

then take my number as 120.

add all the numbers your , your friends and my number also..

divide the answer by 2 ...

then minus your original number by the answer which you got by dividing

ANSWER IS 60..​
