Answer: Yes it is correct because we are not correcting our mistakes at all at least become a big problem for us in the future EX:a boy robbed a thing from someone while their parents saw that they must say him not do to this but they are not taking care of him so in future he is becoming a big robber.

If we will not tell the truth then we have to speak so many lies to hide the truth and we are supposed to suffer a lot. Like in this chapter Matilda hide the truth that she has lost the necklace and told that the hook has broken.Then to purchase the new necklace in order to replace the previous one , she spent 10 years to pay the loan which she had taken to buy that diamond necklace.
