All matter that we see around us comprises of the five states. They include :

Solids : They are found everywhere. Everything that can not flow and has a fixed shape and volume is solid.

Liquids : Substances which can flow easily are known as Liquids. They acquire the shape of the container in which they are kept.

Gases : The vapours present in the atmosphere is called gas.

Plasma : The sun's energy is composed of a bright shiny component, known as plasma.

Bose-Einstein Condensate : It was the component present in the filament of the bulb and was discovered by Satyendra Nath Bose and Albert Einstein .
