Matter needs space and it has mass. Write an activity to show this

You, as a human itself is an activity. You need space, you take up space. you also have mass (weight). But as an activity, here you go...

Lets use air as an example

Air is a matter

Take a balloon. The balloon should not have air in it. Weigh it. Now blow up the balloon. When you blew it up, it grew in size as you put air into it. This already proves air, (in this case we are using as an example of matter) occupies space. Now once you  weigh the blown up balloon, you will see that the balloon has increased in weight. This proves that matter (air) has weight.
