maximum height is given by, H = u²sin²Ф/2g

where u is inital speed of projectile, Ф is angle made by speed of projectile with horizontal.

given, H = 11m , Ф = 30°

then, 11 = u²sin²30°/2g

or, 22g/sin²30°= 22g/{1/2}² = u²

or, u² = 22g × 4 = 88g ......(1)

given, Ф = 60°

and want to find maximum height of bullet.

so, H = u²sin²Ф/2g

from equation (1),

H = (88g × sin²60°)/2g

= 88g × {3/4}/2g

= 33 m

hence, maximum height when bullet is fired at angle of 60° is 33m
