yes it is true because a group of people make country and if maximum people participate in it then our country become democratic in real point of view and if people follow democracy then it also enhance the dignity of country

No, it is not a right concept that the more people get added to democracy makes it more democratic.
This is because of the simple fact that not everyone is skilled or able enough. Making practical political decisions is not a joke.
It requires the right knowledge and experience to make decisions which will impact human lives in large scale and hence only competence people can join democracy.
