Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of (Locality name). I would like to draw your attention to the ill condition of the streetlights in (Locality name).
The streetlights are just built there but don't work as required. The locality is dark as a dungeon at night. There are many residents who work till late night and feel frightened to walk on the streets due to the darkness around.
There are many cases of robbery in the locality due to the dark environment. First the streets were full of people, there were many children playing in the Local Park. But now, the streets are empty as the children and residents are scared to go on the streets because of the animals as well as thieves on the dark roads.
It has been since 5 months that the residents are complaining about that issue. There are no new streetlights built nor the old ones are repaired.
Please take the required actions to make the residents live a comfortable life.
