Solve above equations

Or

Let Total work to be done be lcm(12,15,20)= 60units

A+B=5 units/day together

B+C=4 units/day

C+A=3 units/day

A+B+C = 6 units/day of work together

Hence to finish 60 units of work they will take 10 days
