average=64
so sum=64*100

difference =>
36-26=10
90-9=81

average=(6400+10+81)/100
=6491/100
=64.91

here given,
mean of 100 observations =64
we know that mean=sum of observations /no. of observations

64=sum/100
sum of observations =64000

here we observe that
mistaken observations =26,9
sum of mistaken observations =35

actual observations =36,90
sum of actual observations =126

here actual >mistaken
so,add the difference of them

difference of actual and mistaken is 126-35

=91

now mean=6400+91/100
=6491/100
=64.91
