mean of 50 observations is 80.4 but 96 was misread as 69 find the correct mean

sum= 50*80.4
= 402

correct sum= sum-(wrong no)+ (correct no)
= 402-69+96
= 402+30
= 432

correct mean= 432/50
= 8.6

answr is 402-69+96÷50=8.6
