Mean = 121 = X

Mode = 121 = Y

X:Y = 121:121

x : y = 1 : 1

let 11p, 22p, 33p, ...... 121p are 11 multiple of 11.

mean, x = sum of observations/total no of observations

x = (11p + 22p + 33p + 44p ..... + 121p)/11

x = (p + 2p + 3p + 4p + ..... + 11p)/1

x = p[11 × 12/2]

x = 66p

now, median, y = {(n + 1)/2}th observation.

[ if total no of observations is an odd number ]

here, n = 11

so, y = {(11 + 1)/2}th = 6th = 66p

ratio of mean and median = x/y = 66p/66p = 1/1
