Hi....
Physisorption takes place at low temperature because it has low enthalpy of adsorption i.e. delta(H) is almost between 20-40 KJ....
As temp is increased delta (H) increases and it changes into chemiosorption as it takes place at high temperature and it has high enthalpy of adsorption....
